  • Jordan Armitage – Goalkeeper Coach
  • Sian Elliott – Analyst & Coach
  • Roger Beattie – Coach

Paul Hart spoke this week
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Kaz Bridgwater back to Steyning, along with her new coaching team.
When the vacancy for our Women’s Team Manager arose, Kaz was very much on mind and the club’s first choice to take on the role. Unfortunately, circumstances at the time meant that wasn’t possible. As we all know, however, things can change quickly and when the opportunity arose for Kaz to return and she expressed her interest, we made the necessary decisions to bring her back to Steyning and continue her journey with us.
As a former player, captain, committee member, and Girls’ Coordinator, Kaz has already made a significant contribution to the club. It’s fantastic to have her back—not only for the women’s team, but for the club as a whole, our girls’ youth teams, and the players progressing through our pathway.

There are exciting times ahead as we approach a new season with ambitious, talented, and forward-thinking managers leading both our Men’s and Women’s First Teams.”
Kaz had to say of her appointment
“I am really excited and couldn’t be happier to be back at the club. My coaching team and I are looking forward to the challenge and have been welcomed with open arms.
After a few years away either playing or coaching and managing at other clubs, it feels great to be home. Thank you to the committee for your support and confidence to bring me into this role.
I am very much looking forward to the season ahead with exciting times at the club.”
The team will play at Step 6 of women’s football but the ambition of the club and Kaz is to continue the steady growth of the women’s girls section to provide the platform for further advancement up the women’s pyramid.
The team train on Wednesdays with matches on Sunday afternoons. The club as always encourage supporters to come along and get behind the team wherever possible.
Welcome back Kaz and a warm welcome and welcome back to all the coaching team and the players.
Bring on the 2026/27 season!
