JOINT STATEMENT FROM STEYNING TOWN FC AND MONTPELIER VILLA FC

Steyning Town FC and Montpelier Villa FC are pleased to announce a ground share arrangement for the forthcoming 2025/26 season with The Villa playing all their men’s first team games at The Shooting Field, Steyning.
Steyning chairman Paul Hart said of the deal “We have an excellent long standing relationship with Montpelier Villa. Their basic principles are aligned with ours and, like ourselves, have a strong youth section for both boys and girls. They are one of the largest and most progressive clubs in the area, and we are delighted to be able to help them in a small way with their longer-term plans. We will continue to look at other opportunities for the clubs to work together and support each other”.
Villa chairman Kev Rowe added ” It’s great to be at the Shooting Field for the forthcoming season. Having played here many times myself and seeing the fantastic recent improvements to the ground we can’t wait to play here.
Steyning Town FC continue to do great things within the game, we feel they have aligned footballing principles to ours, they always have their membership and the wider community at heart.”
