For Parents/Carers
Returning Players
Thank-you. For this section your player will have been registered with the club for the 2024-25 season and have received confirmation of a squad place for the coming 2025-26 season.
Before completing this link you are confirming that the young players has read and understands the Young Players Code of Conduct. You are also confirming that you have read and agreed to follow Spectators and Parents/Carers Code of Conduct. Thank-you.

You will need a head and shoulders photo of the player to uplift. You will also be asked for player ID.
This will provide the information and consent we need to register your player with our club, Sussex FA and the relevant League.
New Players
Thank-you for you interest in playing in our of our squads for the new season. We are all looking forward to a new season. We will initially need to check there is space in your age-group.
Complete an Enquiry from our Contact form (including the player name and DoB) and we will get back to you.
Photos
We need a recent photo of your player. This is not a passport standard photo – but in that style, in that it is head and shoulders. No cap or hat please.
Waiting List
Please note that we will not be operating Waiting Lists for the 2025-26 season. We have not been able to operate waiting lists that meet the aspirations of new players or requirements of existing squads, where spaces may be limited.
We recommend the Development Centre for players for whom there is currently no place in a squad. Players will receive top quality coaching whilst becoming familiar with the club and have an opportunity to be seen and establish contact with coaches.

How much will the fees be for my young player ?
As you can imagine a lot of thought goes into Annual Subs. All age groups train on our main 3G pitch at Shooting Field. Older age groups play matches on the 3G. Fees for 2025-26 are.

For Managers
Registration Process
Thank-you. You need to let your parents/carers know the registration process – either provide them with a link to this page or the URL for the (new) Registration System. When we have the information we need for your players we check they are on the FA Database (the Club Portal) and add any new players. These will appear on your MatchDay app. When your squad is complete let the Registration Secretary know and they will register your squad with the League. The final dates for this are to be confirmed. You should be able to monitor progress on your MatchDay app. If there are issues with any Registration you act between the Registration Secretary and the Parent/Carer.
