Our Women’s Pathway:

Performance Phase (Under 18’s and Development Squad)

This is where players begin to bridge the gap between youth and senior football. We aim to once again run a Development squad in Season 27/28. Our Under 18’s and Development Squad are vital stepping stones towards the Women’s First Team. Players in these squads will be invited to step up into senior fixtures when ready or occasionally step up to support their development by gaining experience in being part of the senior women’s setup. This fluid movement ensures continuity, strengthens the squads when needed and prepares players for the demands of adult football.

Our ultimate goal is to see home grown talent breaking into the Women’s first team. We are proud to say this is not just a dream – its a realistic and achievable for committed players. With the right support, exposure, and mindset we believe our pathway can produce confident, capable athletes ready to compete at the highest level.
