Our Girls Teams Environment consists of:

Enjoyment

We are giving young players their first formal experience of ‘the beautiful game’ and it must be fun for all involved and a chance to form new friendships.

Teamwork

Understanding what a team is and how to participate in a team is a valuable life lesson and our players will learn how to work together to achieve a common goal.

Confidence

Our players will have a mixed experience of football and playing abilities but every player will grow more confident in their own way and develop their skills.

Our Girls Pathway:

Foundation Phase (Under 8 – Under 11)

These age groups our focus is on fun, friendship and fundamental’s. Players are introduced to the game in a safe and supportive environment, with sessions designed to build technical skills, teamwork and a love for football. These years are crucial for laying the groundwork – not just for ability, but for character and confidence.

Development Phase (Under 12 – Under 16)

As players progress, we introduce more structured training, tactical awareness, and competitive fixtures. Our coaching team works closely with individuals to support their growth both on and off the pitch. We encourage leadership, resilience and a deeper understanding of the game, while maintaining the joy and camaraderie that make football special.
